- Argue with the psychiatrist, because they’re shit at their job
- Get a better psychiatrist who gets you
- Do the sessions/take the meds
- Eat/sleep/exercise/meditate
- Manage your self better, and learn the signs
- Build a safety net of family and friends
- Get continually better
- When an episode is coming, let people know
- Repeat
